Our standard rotary screw compression packages come in five different horsepower designs: 60 BHP, 95 BHP,145 BHP, 200 BHP and 325 BHP. Our screw compressor package designs include advanced features such as:
- A unique four-stage oil separation system, which reduces oil carryover and lowers operating costs.
- An adjustable VI (Volume Ratio) and capacity control which increases the efficiency (more gas production for the same BHP) and reduces vibration.
- Indirect oil and process gas cooling which eliminates process gas freeze-up in the winter and allows for trouble-free cold weather start-ups.
