Our Scroll Compressor design is the basis for two horsepower options. The 30 and 60 BHP designs are fully interchangable simpily by adding or removing a 30 BHP compressor module. It is this flexibility that has proven popular to operators looking to optimize the use of their equipment.
Other design features include:
- Low emissions - hermetically sealed compressor eliminates oxygen, oil and gas leak paths.
- Noise levels similar to commercial air conditioning units allow for installation in noise sensitive environments.
- Low maintenance costs - simple annual maintenance is limited to an oil change and replacement of two filters. There are no compressor parts to wear out.
- Electric motor driven design includes VFD for capacity control (50-100%).
- 100% bypass capability - the compressor can operate continuously without shutting down even with blocked compressor discharge or loss of pressure
